Chillout music

Maybe I should boot up the Last.FM plugin again to keep track of what I am currently listening to, mostly for other people’s benefits, not that there are all that many who care. Or maybe it’s me who doesn’t care. I’m not sure.

Also, I can’t be arsed to boot up the plugin because I’ve got so many services running on this machine I’m starting to get worried about performance. Every now and then the fan on my machine borders on squealing! Though that might be because there’re ample amounts of dust in there…

Whichever. Right now I’m listening to the di.fm Chillout channel (direct link here), and I’ve rarely left it. I had a short stint by GoaPsy Trance, but honestly, most of it sounded the same. Go figure, my dad was partially right about this kind of music. The bastard.

That reminds me of a track I heard the other day. It was brilliant. Two DJ’s making an entire session live, and it sounded coherent, wonderful… damn, just go check it out - Live Performances (there’s a +/- there).

You know, your site is completely blank whenever I view it in FF! No wonder I never got here.

I’m fully aware of that problem, I just haven’t gotten around to figuring it out. I blame the infectuous nature of the dovendyr!

And it’s been fixed! Can’t leave people thinking this is a blank slate or something like that :(

You sure respond quickly to nagging feedback, fixing things we ask for :D I bet you must have millions of visitors to warrant such waste of precious time. Oh wait, I see your feedburner badge now. No really, thats a great thing :)

Personally the two albums I’ve been listening to the most lastely is: Serve Chilled 2008 and Clubbers Guide Summer 2008</a

.. and I’m still not entirely sure what those numbers represent. The Feedburner one I mean.

How many visiting my site on average, or average daily RSS-leeching? Neither?

Some day I will muster the energy to find out, unless someone’s keen on being helpful :P

“the subscriber number that we calculate is in part dependent on the reporting of web-based services like My Yahoo!, Google Reader and Newsgator Online. Each time those services request a feed, they include information in that request that tells us how many of their users are subscribed to that feed” :) Also, here http://blogs.feedburner.com/feedburner/archives/2007/02/feedburners_view_of_the_feed_m.php and here http://blogs.feedburner.com/tips/analyze/quick_hit_feed_terminology/

Ah, wicked. Didn’t know that actually. Then we knows it’s not just some arbitrary number someone’s pulled out of their as… errr… hat.
